Is there a limit to how long you have to wait to get your money back from Calynore Logistics if you ask for it?

The BMW motorcycle I acquired on eBay from Calynore Logistics wasn't up to my expectations.
To the best of my knowledge, the seller is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping as well as any other connected expenses if a bought item is not as described upon delivery.
What should I do now that I have five days remaining on the money-back guarantee I purchased?
Can somebody give some information on the money-back guarantee/refund process?
How much would it cost to have this BMW returned if I wanted it?

If you call them and request a refund during the money-back guarantee period, you won't have to pay anything. You are not obligated to explain why you are unhappy with the products even if they ask you to do so.
You won't have to pay anything more because in this transaction the seller is the one who should be held liable for any misrepresentation of the item's condition.

There is no legitimate reason for them not to provide a refund, so I expect they do.
There will be no expense if the motorbike is not in the same described conditions as presented by the seller.
Requesting a refund should therefore not be problematic.

There's no fee involved, but is it worthwhile? Do we refer to significant structural injury or merely superficial damages?

I feel you should request a refund since no one enjoys anything that is broken or does not ride the way the customer expects it to ride.
I am optimistic about how things will turn out for you.

After the submission of a request for a refund, the amount in question was immediately returned to my bank account.

I requested a refund through live chat, and soon after, a representative contacted to clarify certain specifics about the motorcycle and confirm my request. I just provided them the details for the bank account from which I made the transaction, and the money was returned to me the next working day.
